Wicca

from what I've seen/read/experienced, it is actually... unconditional love actually. i've seen it demonized on tv as well, then I decided to learn a bit about it all... and was... surprised. you may not want to learn about any of it even though, idk... you may want to shun me for speaking on it as i have (you knowing the truth), and if this the case, i'd say cannot... has not this knowledge not already be lost enough/destroyed/burned/distorted? so I research & document... from the lay person, the human perspective. i enjoy sharing knowledge useful to everyone/All, so I do... love & nature are also pretty cool in my book. 🙂

so what's the big deal then?

the big deal is that it works, magic)k( that is... and all forms/schools of it (ceremonial, divination, prayer, scrying, geomancy, etc) work (when we know what we're doing, after learning a bit, instead of doing it unconsciously) and all of them via a basic principles / laws, granted by that which we can't define/God/Spirit/All/Nature. This is the Hermetic law of Mentalism (in union with the other 6 of course). I have videos on this, and other related subjects, here.

ALL related. All of these groups / separations we make (Wicca included... but also Judaism, Hinduism, Christianity, etc., & just in my opinion) are doing similar things... in a very real sense, a form of witchcraft. They create. They build. We create. We build.They/We transform (most choosing to transform themselves only for the betterment of all (perhaps especially in Wicca i'd say). But these and similar practices are only negative when we CHOOSE to perceive them that way... know that you too, chances are, have been the victim of illusion, at least on some level, though perhaps on many. The flip side is that some things we can objectively agree upon and stamp a general label of "bad" on... but these groups, all of them, are all people, many/most of which doing things we could objectively stamp as "good" ... i think... i don't know. do you?

Wiccan rituals/prayers/ceremonies/practices work.

So do those of the other groups mentioned. (Many use other/older biblical verses or older grimories?) So does your magick, whether you're conscious about the fact that you're doing it or not!!! does it work? Do you see it manifested as you had planned?

It works and my take is that 1)it's our connection to God/Goddess/Spirit/All/Unity that drives the working, in conjunction with a basic understanding of the principles involved and 2) the way we pray and show respect for THAT / The Creation, along with an intent of betterment for the All, or if for ourselves, at the very least IF THAT Creation approves.. 3) It's how we can learn to better ourselves, so as to be better for THAT All. The more that we learn about it, the more we understand and can actually stop doing some of the baneful/evil types of magick that some do, most w/out their knowledge even in some cases, (though it's also good to step away from magick & learning @ times!!! reflect @ times... re-evaluate.). These teachings are often delivered/taught via different religions(Wicca, Christianity [yes...these 2 are quite related actually], Judaism [same applies], and Islam [same applies in a different way], & many, many others) but span back to ancient Greece, Egypt, farther. We also can learn from other groups/societies (FreeMasonry, Golden Dawn, Rosicrucians, other subs/derivations of these schools of thought) or we can study alone or w/friends, and we're all just people (and the same, in a sense), so let's attempt to stop judging groups/corps/govts., but also other individuals (via sharing horrible news stories of gross things perhaps? I cease that in my life now.) but also learn actual truth for ourselves! This we must do first. Gaining a basic understanding of some of the subjects on my site for example (in union with each other), just the basics on say 3 of them... and you'll begin to see/to understand/to know... if you don't already. If you pick only one, and focus on that, your inherent / embedded belief structure will (more than likely) make you either click away (which you should in that case) or send me a nasty msg, or write me off as a crazy person. Feel free. My goal is not to impose upon your will, but rather to provide knowledge & data for those that can both accept and appreciate it.

"Magick", which this high/dark (some combo... and remember "dark" as corresponding to the creative force please) elf views as basically synonymous with "miracle", as both are seen/experienced. the first is experienced by those that are creators with intent (magicians/priests/etc) and exercise will and when doing so in terms of the Wiccan (religion?), do so for the betterment of either the All, or just for themselves, when their ego (and emotions such as anger) dominates their mind... we do for All when we aren't being driven/influenced by that other polarity.

Magick actually works but the thing is, it's just not typically in the way (some) envision. They have an invalid definition of it, and/or little to no understanding of it. If you're in that group, know that you're expanding/stepping out of your comfortable shell a bit simply by reading this far, and I smile in knowing that this is the case... in some at least... but there's my ego again (as I minimize it further now, We banish our egos for this now!)...

I'll be adding in Wiccan specifics (and feel free / PLEASE add to them in comments/responses to videos/etc... Know that I don't remove comments that go against my beliefs... All one must do is comment once (for me to filter idiots/pervs/etc) and then they can comment on any of my pages/posts at will.) The next para will contain a few specifics though...

From my research, Wicca can also be sub-divided into systems of sub-belief... to the point of the individual even yes? In general, i want to say that it is, in general, the worship of the Goddess, the Moon, the creative force, the passive/submissive, most powerful, where we gain psychic abilities, etc., BUT MANY, and in fact, one source i read stated it being initially derived from a male AND a female God/Goddess form in union, coming together, to form an expression... the 3... ALL trinities... as perhaps we can see in triple Goddess?

I read somewhere of the "supposed" (idk) original God & Goddess forms as being: Cern-nunnos & Venus (of Willendorf?) but we also have Loki (trickster archtype, but also "intelligence" / Mercury?) & Freya (seen also as Freyja). We also have derivations or sub-divisions in other forms: Nordic Wicca, Celtic Wicca, confusions even with Druidic and then we have (already) sub-divided again to label a person as your avg. "kitchen witch" or even "armchair magician."
